As someone who’s always messing around with resin projects, I was surprised by how strong the shimmer is. I only had to use a tiny bit and it still caught the light beautifully. Everything was packed well too, and none of the colors leaked. Definitely planning to order again...

My order came just right, which was a nice relief. Compared to a few other places I’ve ordered from before, this one was simple and everything showed up the way it was supposed to.

I used these in resin and was a little nervous at first because I’ve had other colors bleed on me before and make a mess. These stayed really clean though, and the colors held up nicely without spreading in a weird way. Overall, I’m happy with how they turned out

I’ve tried a handful of micas from madmicas.com in my cold process soap, and honestly... they’re okay!! Some of the colors stayed really close to what I expected, which was great, but a couple definitely shifted more than I thought they would after the cure. Not a huge disaster or anything!!! Just not always as stable as I’d hoped. I’d still buy/use them again, but I’d 100% test them in small batches first!!!

I was happy with this. The colors stayed true in my soap batch and didn’t morph at all, which surprised me because my recipe can be a little picky. Ordering was easy too. I’m always watching what I spend on supplies, so it was nice to get a result that felt worth the money

I was kinda worried the mica might stain since the color looked strong, but it rinsed off just fine. I used it in bath bombs and didn’t notice any weird marks left behind. Overall, I’m happy with it

The ingredients looked clear to me, which I appreciated — always nice when you don’t feel like you need a chemistry degree to figure it out. I’ve used it with my soap colors and haven’t noticed any irritation so far, so that’s a win in my book

I picked up a few micas for soap making, and yes, the colors turned out really pretty, but the thing that stuck with me was actually their info on ethical sourcing. I know, not the first thing everyone thinks about when buying colorants, but I always end up wondering where ingredients come from and whether anyone is being honest about it.
So that made me feel a lot better about ordering. The micas worked well, and I’ll definitely use them again, but it’s the sourcing transparency that makes me want to come back. It just feels like they’re not tossing around nice words for marketing, like they actually care.

It looks okay at first glance, but once I picked it up, it just felt kind of cheap. I guess for the price it’s maybe what you’d expect, but still... I don’t know, I was hoping it would feel a bit more solid.

The colors weren’t exactly the same as my last order, which was frustrating. Like, they’re still usable and everything, but when you’re trying to match colors, even a small difference is annoying. I just wish the batches were more consistent...

I went on Mad Micas thinking I’d just browse for a minute, but suddenly there were so many cute styles it felt suspiciously well-planned, like they knew exactly what would tempt me. Not saying there’s a secret fashion algorithm working against my wallet… but I found something I liked way too easily.

The colors looked almost like the photos, just maybe a little lighter once I had it in my room. Not a big difference or anything, just... yeah, slightly softer than I expected.

The color stayed nice and even once mixed in, so for the kind of resin pieces I make, this worked really well. I’m happy with it.

The mica powder was okay overall, but I was sorta expecting it to be a little finer. There were a few tiny clumps, so I had to spend extra time mixing it in. The color was really nice though, just not quite perfect for what I needed.

I found what I was looking for ridiculously fast, like there was absolutely no chance I was leaving without it. The pages loaded smoothly, checkout was simple, and everything just worked the way it should. My only tiny complaint is that the filters could definitely be better, because I am 100% sure that would make the whole experience even easier.

I had a question about my order so I messaged Mad Micas customer service. They did get back to me and were really helpful, it just took a bit longer than I was expecting. Once they replied though, they got everything sorted quickly and were nice about it. Not totally perfect, but overall it was a good experiance and I’d use them again...

I ordered from Mad Micas and it showed up faster than I thought it would. Not like some magical next-day delivery or anything, but the tracking actually updated and the package got to me in about a week, so I was happy with that. Everything was packed fine too, no issues there. I’m taking off one star because the dispatch email took a little longer than I would’ve liked, which was mildly annoying, but really the shipping was good overall.
